• Mobile homes should only be permitted in designated areas or rural areas where it wouldn’t make much difference.
• No tax base – not to be encouraged.
• Not in residential.

• Only a minimum amount.
• One in the county is enough.
• Skidway Lake.
• Small well maintained sites only not like Twin Pines.
• Not at all.
• There are plenty already.
• Build where you want.
• Where sewer & water are available and run off doesn’t contaminate.
• This type of development is to high density.
• “Parks” is the key.
• The tax revenue is limited for this type of development. I think this should be discouraged or if needed, limited to a designated area.
• These parks should be outside the City.
• Change Master Zone to prohibit more mobiles.
• Allowed but not encouraged.
• What are the designated areas, who designates them & how political are they?
• Some property is with mobile homes.
• Get rid of them. They lower property value.
• Why put them in swamp land?
• In fact, they should not be accepted if possible. They ruin the character of the Twp. And property values.
• Can only support so many.
