“The Township should invest tax dollars in growth areas?”

  • If necessary and something that we can afford.
  • If it helps the tax base.
  • No way.X2
  • I-75 BL should be full 4 lanes from X way to 55 interchange, should be better access route to exit 212 from S. M-30 (near hospital).
  • Within reason.
  • Dam Road needs resurfaced south.
  • Builders/Investors should pay for the new infrastructure.X3
  • Current taxes should not be raised – spend wisely.
  • Judge each case on its merits.
  • Set limits (Boundaries) to provide services.
  • Would need more info. As to designated areas.X2
  • Without zoned business areas you can’t compete.
  • Incoming industry or businesses should and could absorb that cost, including duplex & apartment owners.
  • Water depends on how hard it is to get. Sewer depends on the perk. Could use septic tanks or not. Roads yes, everyone needs roads.
  • If it is really needed.
  • No new taxes unless voted.
  • Local roads need paving.X4
  • The Township already has to much development.
  • Keep beautiful country.
  • Only encourages more growth & much higher taxes.
  • I don’t think you should jump on the band wagon to spend more tax money on water/sewer until this survey is completed & you have a short term & long term growth plan & look at growth trends from the past.
  • Present roads maintained first – blacktop small section on Campbell Rd. etc.
  • Matching funds for grants.
  • I would like to see the short dirt road called Griffin road paved.
  • What are the designated areas, who designates them & how political are they?
  • The improvement of roads & sewers will not only raise taxes, but also make a private area more public. Don’t want that!!!
  • Let pay their own way.
  • Within reason.
  • Only the people that are benefiting from such improvements should be taxed.
  • Money should be firstused to maintain what you already have in place.
  • Only if aren’t given a free ride on taxes forever and a day.
  • Already to much, ruining the area.
