Information regarding Township tRANSFER sTATION
West Branch Township provides a transfer station located on Gravel Pit Road off of Fairview Road to the East for residents to drop off trash from residential use. The hours of operation are Wednesday and Saturday from 9 AM TO 1 PM and below is a list of the cost breakdown for use of the station.
Truck Trailer loads - Pick-Up Truck Minimum $25.00
Electronics are not accepted at the transfer station.
Bags and Containers - Curb Side Container $5.00, Kitchen Bag $1.00, 35 Gallon Bag $3.00, and large 50 gallon $4.00
Township Rolloff for Big Items
Mattresses - $15.00
Box Springs - $15.00
Couches - $25.00 and Up
Recliners / Large Chairs - $20.00
Tables - $15.00
Building Material - $20.00 and Up
Pickup Loads (Building Materials / Large Quantity) - $50.00 and Up

Recycling Option - The West Branch Recycling Center is located behind the car wash on N. 4th St. in the City of West Branch. This service is free to all Township residents. You must present your recycling card each time you use the facility. Cards can be obtained from City Hall please click link for application. CLICK HERE FOR APP.
The Recycling Center is open on: Tuesday: 2 pm - 6 pm and Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm

Township Board meetings are the Second Wed. of the Month at the West Branch Township Hall at 6pm
